There has never been a place, to my knowledge, for waiters, waitresses, bartenders, bell hops and the like to air their grievances, share their stories, trade evil little tricks of treachery not discussed in open forums, in other words... this is for those who have been on the front lines and had to lie through our teeth and utter words like "have a great day!", "hope you come back soon!", "I am terribly sorry that your well done steak was dry.","That's OK, kids make bigger messes all the time...don't worry, we don't mind cleaning it up." Just remember, after the place closes; there are always open barstools.
